Can’t wait to try the steak at the Y restaurant tonight with my friend John”, should the receptionist say hello Mr. Pica, we’ve been expecting you!? We saw your tweet and prepared for you a quiet room to have a better sleep tonight. And if the restaurant would send me a tweet saying “Table for 2 at 20.00, sir?”

If you own a business, don’t think if you should do this. Ask yourself if you can afford not to!
